This is a working WhatsApp-style agent for a café. Ask it about the menu, the wifi password, whether anything is vegetarian — then place an order and watch it come back priced to the rupee. It is answering live, not playing back a script.
Bloom & Bean is a fictional café built for this demo.
The interesting part is not that a model can chat. It is the division of labour: the model handles language, and code handles anything a business would be embarrassed to get wrong.
Prices live in one table. Change a price and every answer changes — no retraining, no redeploy. In a client build this is their existing spreadsheet.
It writes down what was ordered; the server looks up each price and adds it up. Language models are unreliable at arithmetic, so they are not trusted with money.
Asked something it was not told, it offers the phone number instead of guessing. An agent that makes up a delivery time costs more than it saves.
The same endpoint sits behind WhatsApp Business, Instagram, Messenger or a website widget. This page is one front end; WhatsApp is another.
