Careers

We hire rarely, and deliberately.

Devsoll runs on automation and documented process rather than headcount. That means we open roles infrequently — and when we do, we are looking for a specific kind of person.

Current openings

No open roles at present.

We are not running an active hiring process right now. Rather than leave a permanently open "general applications" funnel that nobody reads, we would rather tell you the truth: there is nothing to apply for today.

If you are exceptional at something we do — production automation, editorial systems, marketplace operations, or front-end engineering — write to us anyway. We keep a short list, we read every message, and we have created roles for the right person before.

Working here

What the job is actually like.

An accurate description, including the parts that will not suit everyone.

Wide scope, small team

You will touch more of the business than you would anywhere else at this stage, which is either the best part of the job or the worst, depending on the person.

Build it once, properly

We do not want the task done manually forever. Anyone here is expected to automate their own repetitive work and document what they built.

Async and remote

The team works across time zones with written communication as the default. Long uninterrupted blocks are protected; meetings are the exception.

High quality bar

Work ships when it is correct, not when it is due. Reviews are direct and specific, and nobody takes them personally.

Visible impact

Every property is measured publicly inside the company. You will see exactly what your work did — including when the answer is nothing.

Early-stage reality

We are a young company. Processes change, priorities move, and some things are still held together by the person who built them. We would rather you knew that upfront.

Speculative applications

Think you would be an obvious hire?

Send us what you have built rather than a résumé. Work speaks louder than a summary of work.
