Who we are
This website is operated by Devsoll LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States, under filing identifier 2026-002001422. Our registered office is 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States.
In this policy, "we", "us", and "our" refer to Devsoll LLC and the divisions and properties it operates. For any privacy matter you can reach us at privacy@devsoll.com.
Information we collect
We collect only what we need in order to run this website and respond to you.
Information you give us
- Your name, email address, company or channel name, and website, when you submit a contact or partnership form.
- The content of your message, and any details you choose to include in it.
- Your consent record — that you agreed to us handling your enquiry, and when.
Information collected automatically
- Standard server request data, including IP address, browser type, referring page, and timestamp, retained by our infrastructure provider for security and abuse prevention.
- Aggregate usage analytics, where enabled, used to understand which pages are read and where visitors encounter problems.
We do not collect payment card details through this website, and we do not ask for government identification, financial account numbers, or other sensitive categories of personal data.
How we use your information
- To respond to you. Answering an enquiry is the only reason we ask for your details on this site.
- To evaluate a partnership. Where you apply to partner with us, we use the information to assess fit and to prepare terms.
- To operate and secure the site. Detecting abuse, preventing automated submissions, and diagnosing faults.
- To meet legal obligations. Retaining records where law or a platform agreement requires it.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We do not add enquirers to a mailing list without a separate, explicit opt-in.
Legal basis for processing
Where the UK GDPR or EU GDPR applies to you, we rely on the following bases: consent, which you give when submitting a form and may withdraw at any time; legitimate interests, in operating and securing our website and in evaluating business opportunities; and legal obligation, where retention is required by law.
Who we share information with
We share personal data only with service providers that make this website work, and only to the extent needed:
- Hosting and content delivery — our infrastructure provider processes requests and applies security filtering.
- Email delivery — form submissions are delivered to our own inboxes through a transactional email provider.
- Fonts — typography is served by a third-party font provider, which receives the request data inherent in loading a file.
We may also disclose information where we are legally required to, or where it is necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
International transfers
Devsoll LLC is established in the United States, and our service providers may process data in the United States and other jurisdictions. Where personal data is transferred out of the UK or the European Economic Area, we rely on the standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards offered by the provider concerned.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not proceed — deleted within 24 months of the last contact.
- Active partner and supplier records — retained for the duration of the relationship and for 6 years afterwards, in line with commercial record-keeping requirements.
- Server and security logs — retained on a short rolling window by our infrastructure provider.
You can ask us to delete your information sooner. See data deletion.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Have inaccurate information corrected.
- Have your information deleted.
- Object to, or ask us to restrict, how we use it.
- Receive a copy in a portable format.
- Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing already carried out.
To exercise any of these, email privacy@devsoll.com. We respond within 30 days. If you are in the UK or EEA and you are unhappy with our response, you may complain to your national data protection authority.
California residents. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA, and we do not discriminate against anyone who exercises their privacy rights.
Children's privacy
This website is intended for business audiences and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
This site is served exclusively over encrypted connections. Access to enquiry data is limited to the people who need it to answer you, protected by two-factor authentication. No system is perfectly secure, and we will notify affected individuals and the relevant authority where a breach is likely to result in a risk to their rights.
Changes to this policy
When this policy changes materially we update the date at the top of this page and, where the change affects how we use information you have already given us, we contact you directly.
