Selected work

Case studies, written honestly.

Real projects from across the portfolio, described in terms of what was built and how it is measured. Where a partner has asked not to be named, we describe the work without identifying them.

Automated publishing

The situation

A challenge-and-stunt channel with 23.9 million YouTube subscribers had no official Facebook presence at all. Its name was unclaimed, its audience had no verified destination on the platform, and every month without a page was distribution given away for free.

What we built

  • Secured written authorisation from the creator covering content licensing and page administration.
  • Built an automated production pipeline: source retrieval at broadcast quality, engagement-informed segment selection, vertical reframing, and caption generation.
  • Added machine quality gates — black-frame detection, file integrity validation, and resolution enforcement — so no imperfect asset can reach publication.
  • Established a scheduled publishing cadence in the audience's peak hours, with a daily automated health check on page standing.

Outcome

The official page went live with a validated content queue and a publishing system that requires no daily human intervention. Copyright verification returned zero matches on every asset, confirming the licensed-content model end to end.

Accessibility score

The situation

Publishing networks usually degrade as they grow: the second site is worse than the first, the fifth is unrecognisable. The problem is not writing — it is that quality standards live in someone's head instead of in tooling.

What we built

  • Codified a single technical and editorial standard, then built the deployment tooling that enforces it across every property.
  • Ran a network-wide audit and remediation pass: 1,018 missing image alt attributes corrected to zero, 157 meta descriptions rewritten into range, 48 over-length titles reduced.
  • Implemented a named-editor system with transparent AI-assistance disclosure, structured author data, and per-brand editorial voice.
  • Brought every property to a perfect accessibility score with verified colour-contrast compliance.

Outcome

Six independent brands — fitness, beauty, home, food, style, and personal finance — running roughly 290 published articles on shared infrastructure, with new properties deployable from the same toolchain in days rather than months.

Edge

Inference location

The situation

Most free online tools are hostile by design — gated behind sign-up walls, throttled into uselessness, or slow enough that users abandon them mid-task. The opportunity was a genuinely fast, genuinely free alternative that respected the visitor.

What we built

  • Built a static-first architecture on Cloudflare Pages, with inference handled by Workers AI at the edge rather than a distant origin server.
  • Shipped forty distinct tools spanning document processing, text generation, and media conversion — no account required for any of them.
  • Applied a complete technical SEO layer: structured data, canonical URLs, Open Graph coverage, and an editorially reviewed content library.
  • Held the entire product to the same accessibility and Core Web Vitals standard as the publishing network.

Outcome

A single-brand tools platform serving every request from the edge, with no sign-up wall, no usage meter, and no dependency on a third-party inference vendor.

A note on proof

What you will not find on this page.

Most agency case-study pages are decorated with things that cannot be checked. Ours is deliberately missing them.

There are no client logos on this site. Our creator partners have asked that the commercial terms of their agreements stay private, and we consider that binding — so we describe the work and the scale, and we leave the names out.

There are no testimonials either, for a simpler reason: we do not have permission to publish any yet, and we are not willing to write our own. When partners give us quotes on the record, they will appear here with attribution. Until then, this space stays empty rather than filled.

Every figure quoted above describes something that exists and can be checked against the live properties listed on our divisions pages. If you would like to see the operating detail behind any of it, ask us and we will walk you through it.

Your project

The next case study could be yours.

Tell us what you are working on. If we are the right partner, we will say so — and if we are not, we will say that too.
