The situation
A challenge-and-stunt channel with 23.9 million YouTube subscribers had no official Facebook presence at all. Its name was unclaimed, its audience had no verified destination on the platform, and every month without a page was distribution given away for free.
What we built
- Secured written authorisation from the creator covering content licensing and page administration.
- Built an automated production pipeline: source retrieval at broadcast quality, engagement-informed segment selection, vertical reframing, and caption generation.
- Added machine quality gates — black-frame detection, file integrity validation, and resolution enforcement — so no imperfect asset can reach publication.
- Established a scheduled publishing cadence in the audience's peak hours, with a daily automated health check on page standing.
Outcome
The official page went live with a validated content queue and a publishing system that requires no daily human intervention. Copyright verification returned zero matches on every asset, confirming the licensed-content model end to end.
