Editorial systems
Named editors, per-brand voice guides, structured author data, and transparent AI-assistance disclosure on every property — honest attribution rather than invented credentials.
02 · Editorial brands at scale
Six independent consumer publications covering health, beauty, home, food, style, and personal finance — built on shared infrastructure, held to one editorial standard.
Overview
Publishing networks tend to decay with scale, because quality standards usually live in an editor's head rather than in the tooling. We inverted that. Every technical and editorial requirement — structured data, accessibility, disclosure, author attribution, image treatment — is enforced by deployment tooling shared across all six brands. The result is that our sixth publication launched to the same standard as our first, and the seventh will too.

Capabilities
Concrete functions we run in-house — not a service menu we would assemble if asked.
Named editors, per-brand voice guides, structured author data, and transparent AI-assistance disclosure on every property — honest attribution rather than invented credentials.
Structured data, canonical handling, internal linking architecture, and title and description discipline applied network-wide and audited continuously.
Every property verified to a perfect accessibility score with compliant colour contrast, keyboard navigation, and semantic document structure.
Pinterest operations running under official API access, with per-brand board architecture and a scheduled daily distribution programme.
Performance treated as a feature: asset optimisation, edge caching, and render-path discipline maintained across the network rather than fixed once at launch.
One deployment pipeline serves every brand, so a standard raised on one property is raised on all of them — and a new publication ships in days.
Properties
Live properties, active builds, and what is scheduled next — labelled honestly.
Fitness, home training, and practical strength programming for general readers.
Skincare and beauty guidance grounded in ingredients and routine, not marketing claims.
Home decor and interiors for people furnishing real rooms on real budgets.
Recipes and cooking guides with structured recipe data and tested method.
Fashion and personal style, written for outfit decisions rather than runway coverage.
Personal finance education — budgeting, saving, and debt — written plainly and without advice-giving.
Our process
Division-specific expertise sits on top of one operating discipline. This is that discipline.
Every venture starts with evidence, not enthusiasm. We size the market, study the incumbents, and pressure-test the economics before a single line of code or copy is written. If the numbers do not survive scrutiny, the project does not start.
We do not build one-off projects. We build the machine that produces them — pipelines, tooling, and quality gates that turn a manual process into a repeatable one. The first unit is expensive; the hundredth is nearly free.
Shipping is the beginning of the work, not the end. Each property runs on documented playbooks with defined cadences, compliance checks, and monitoring, so performance never depends on someone remembering to do something.
Results are reviewed against the thesis, not against hope. What works gets more capital and more automation. What does not gets cut early. Every lesson is written into the system so the next venture starts further ahead.
Questions
On every property, visibly. Our editorial personas are presented as what they are — named editors working with AI assistance — and we do not fabricate professional credentials, qualifications, or personal experience to make content appear more authoritative than it is.
Through display advertising and affiliate relationships, both disclosed on the properties themselves in line with advertising standards and platform requirements.
Yes. The toolchain is built for it — a new brand is a configuration and a content programme, not a rebuild. New properties launch when we have a defensible angle in the category, not to pad the count.
