How to request deletion

Email privacy@devsoll.com with the subject line "Data deletion request", from the email address associated with the data where possible, and include:

• Your full name.
• The email address or identifier you used when contacting us.
• Which service or property the request relates to, if you know it.
• Whether you want everything deleted, or only specific information.

You can also write to Devsoll LLC, 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. No account or login is required to make a request, and there is no charge.

What happens next

1. Acknowledgement — we confirm receipt within three business days.
2. Verification — we may ask one question to confirm you are the person the data relates to. We will never ask for identity documents or payment details.
3. Deletion — we delete the data and confirm in writing, within 30 days of a verified request.
4. Backups — residual copies in encrypted backups are purged on the normal backup rotation, within 90 days.

Applications and platform integrations

Devsoll operates applications that connect to third-party platforms, including Meta technologies, in order to publish to and report on accounts we manage with their owners' authorisation. Those applications store the minimum required to operate: account identifiers, access tokens, and publishing records.

To have data associated with one of our applications deleted, send the request described above and name the application or the account concerned. We will delete the stored identifiers, revoke the access tokens, and confirm in writing within 30 days.

You can also remove our access directly from the platform itself. On Meta technologies this is done in Settings → Apps and Websites, where removing the app revokes our authorisation immediately. Doing so does not by itself delete records already stored by us — send the request as well if you want those removed too.

What we may need to keep

In a small number of cases we must retain limited information after a deletion request. Where that applies, we tell you exactly what was kept and why:

• Records required for tax, accounting, or company law obligations.
• Information needed to establish, exercise, or defend a legal claim.
• Records of copyright notices and the action taken on them.
• A minimal suppression record, so we do not re-collect data you asked us to remove.

Other privacy rights
